Where can I buy CAM Living products?

What sizes do you offer area rugs in?
CAM Living standard are rugs sizes are:
5 X 7
6 X 9
8 X 10
We also offer runners 22 X 60.
Sizes may differ depending on the collection.
Are your products treated with anything?
Indoor Rugs: No.
Outdoor Rugs: Yes, we treat them for stain resistance, mold and mildew resistance.
All our products are Oeko-Tex certified and contain no PFAS or PFOAs.
How do I clean my rug?
All CAM rugs should be vacuumed regularly. Shags should be shaken out rather than vacummed.

Can I order from your catalogues?
Our online catalogues are for retail buyers only. If you are an independent customer, please shop our selection in the online store.

What should I expect when my rug arrives?
Once you have received your CAM Living rug, it is important to allow the rug to “breathe”. Inspect your rug to make sure it is the right size, shape and style that you ordered.
CAM living does not exchange or return rugs that were bought in the wrong size.
To be expected:
Creases or waves
Upon unrolling your rug, the product may have creases or waves in the pile and near edges. This is very normal and will only last temporarily. The rug will naturally relax, and within 2-3 weeks of laying flat should smooth out any creases or waves. For a quick solution, you may “back roll” your rug.
New Rug Smell
New area rugs will have a distinctive smell, and this is normal and temporary. The smell may be originally from any natural fibres woven into the rug, as well as from shipping, warehousing and packaging. Once the rug is exposed to fresh air and regular vacuuming, the smell will fade away.
How do I exchange a product?
To begin exchanging your product, please reach out to [email protected] Please be as specific as possible, and include the name of the rug, the size and colour. Please include pictures of the rug with the e-mail.
Once we have reviewed your e-mail, we will be in touch to move forward with the exchange.

Can I order a replacement from you if I bought it in store?
We will try our best to find a replacement for any products you bought from a retailer that you can no longer purchase in-store.
Please note that we largely do direct fulfilment and rarely have excess stock sold originally to a retailer.
I love my rug, I would like to order another size.
We’re happy to hear that you love your rug and would like to purchase it in other sizes!
If we have the stock, we are happy to help you find other sizes.
We do recommend that you check with the retailer first, and we cannot garuntee that we have the rug in other sizes.
Please note that we do not fulfill custom one-time rug orders.
We offer flat rate standard shipping based on weight. Canada Post will hand-deliver your rug to your doorstep Monday-Saturday.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your order will be left at your doorstep. If they are unable to leave the order at your door, they will leave a notice of where you can pick up the rug.
Please allow for a one to two week delivery period depending on your location.
To offer the best shipping rates, CAM Living only offers flat delivery on rugs under the dimensions of 5’ X 7’. If you would like to order a rug in a larger size, please e-mail us at [email protected]. We can check for available sizes and can arrange a special delivery for oversized items.
Returns & Exchanges
In order to return or exchange a rug purchase, you must provide the original receipt. For security reasons, we will only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
Returns will be refunded, except for delivery charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable on exchanges.
A 25% restocking fee and a redelivery fee will be applied once your order arrives back at our facility. All returned merchandise must be returned unused and unwashed. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returning items easier. If you no longer have the original packaging, we can suggest alternatives that you are responsible for arranging.

To begin the return process, please e-mail pictures of your item to [email protected]. We will send you a shipping return label via e-mail. Your order must be shipped back within 10 days from the original delivery. We reserve the right to approve returns or exchanges based on the condition of the piece and customer account history. Pieces that are damaged, stained, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
It is your responsibility to ensure that merchandise fit through all interior structures and into the desired space. Items that are returned or exchanged for size will be refunded only in store credit, minus the initial delivery fee and/or any restocking fee.
No cancellations on exchanges are allowed.
