  • How do I clean my rug?

    All CAM rugs should be vacuumed regularly. Shags should be shaken out rather than vacuumed.

  • How do I place my rug?

  • Are your products treated with anything?

    Indoor Rugs: No.

    Outdoor Rugs: Yes, we treat them for stain resistance, mold and mildew resistance. 

    All our products are Oeko-Tex certified and contain no PFAS or PFOAs.

  • Can I order from your catalogues?

    Our online catalogues are for retail buyers only. If you are an independent customer, please shop our selection in the online store

  • Where can I find more information on your products?

    If you can’t find the required information online, please reach out to and our team would be happy to answer any questions you have.

  • Can I order a replacement from you if I bought my rug in store?

    We will try our best to find a replacement for any products you bought from a retailer that you can no longer purchase in-store.

    Please note that we largely do direct fulfilment and rarely have excess stock sold originally to a retailer.

  • What should I expect when my rug arrives?

    Once you have received your CAM Living rug, it is important to allow the rug to “breathe”. Inspect your rug to make sure it is the right size, shape and style that you ordered.

    CAM living does not exchange or return rugs that were bought in the wrong size.

    To be expected:

    Creases or waves
    Upon unrolling your rug, the product may have creases or waves in the pile and near edges. This is very normal and will only last temporarily. The rug will naturally relax, and within 2-3 weeks of laying flat should smooth out any creases or waves. For a quick solution, you may “back roll” your rug.

    New Rug Smell
    New area rugs will have a distinctive smell, and this is normal and temporary. The smell may be originally from any natural fibres woven into the rug, as well as from shipping, warehousing and packaging. Once the rug is exposed to fresh air and regular vacuuming, the smell will fade away.

  • How do I exchange a product?

    To begin exchanging your product, please reach out to Please be as specific as possible, and include the name of the rug, the size and colour. Please include pictures of the rug with the e-mail. 

    Once we have reviewed your e-mail, we will be in touch to move forward with the exchange.

  • Where is my order?

    We ship all our rugs with a tracking number that you receive when your order is confirmed. Please consult the tracking number with either Canada Post or Fed Ex.
